Our Jesse clone arrived yesterday. I’m very pleased with the results – pleased too because it’s almost spooky to look at him. (And I just wrote ‘him’ instead of writing ‘i. ) Of course part of me wanted him to be a dead ringer for Jesse, to the point that I couldn’t tell he wasn’t real but our clone is close to the real thing. His body color is excellent while his face isn’t exact but that’s because the clone can’t have the same focus or expression of the real animal. However, within a minute of bringing him out of the box I kissed him on the head and gave him a few strokes on his back. The tears were definitely flowing.
