V is the fifth studio album released by the traditionally instrumental stoner rock band Karma to Burn. It is their second studio release since reforming from their 7-year hiatus in 2009. It was released on May 27, 2011, via Napalm Records. Unlike their previous releases since Karma to Burn, this is not an instrumental album. Only five tracks are instrumental; the other three feature vocals from Year Long Disaster frontman Daniel Davies, who had joined the group but left prior to the album's release.

Karma to Burn dissolved in 2002 due to a confrontation between band members Rich Mullins and William Mecum regarding the former’s heroin addiction, after leaving Karma to Burn, Mullins first joined Speedealer, and then co-founded Year Long Disaster with musician Daniel Davies. During the seven-year break, Mullins hoped for a Karma to Burn reunion, in 2009, both Mecum and Mullins reconciled, and reformed the group to record a new album. Mecum and Year Long Disaster frontman Davies had been writing together, and wrote one called Waiting on the Western World. 7.
